
Alexander brings several years of Medical Affairs leadership where he has been accountable for the many associated functions in addition to cross-functional disease team leadership. He holds detailed expertise in Medical Affairs strategy, tactics and operations including collaboration with clinical research groups, KOL management, and medical information & communication
As a disease team lead, Alexander has been responsible for cross-functional strategy planning & execution. In addition he is a skilled trainer of medical and scientific personnel and has successfully organized, hosted and moderated many scientific events e.g. advisory boards, launch symposia, roundtable meetings, and congress evenings.
He is experienced working on Global, Regional, and National levels across a variety of Hematology and Oncology areas.
Most of Alexander’s career has been focused on early life cycle support including several novel launches or indication extensions across Hematology and Oncology.
Alexander is an experienced and persuasive communicator, he is strong in life-science and statistics, and has an integrated cross-functional approach.

Thomas has gained broad and extensive experience through 15 years in the pharmaceutical area. Working in National Sales & Marketing roles at Pfizer, Nordic roles at Wyeth and Celgene and in an International/Global role for Celgene has provided comprehensive understanding, experience and insights in most aspects of the pharmaceutical business area. In addition, the roles have covered very tactical as well as high level strategic areas.
The vast majority of his career has been focused on the Oncology, Hematology and rare disease area. In various roles as either marketer or team leader Thomas has been responsible for numerous product launches on local Nordic level as well as Globally.
Amongst Thomas’ key strengths are development and pressure testing of Sales & Marketing plans, analysis of market dynamics and people management.
